In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Clay, Jackson, Knox, Leslie and Owsley. * WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 821 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and embedded thunderstorms moving north to northeast across the area. Some locations have already received between 1 and 2 inches of rainfall so far since this morning. Occasional rainfall rates between a half inch per hour and an inch per hour will occur at times within the more intense thunderstorms.
